Travel Options
At AaE we offer two different ways that your pet can travel.
Accompanied Pets
Accompanied pets allow you and your pet to travel on the same Qantas flight. You simply check your pet in with AaE and collect it from AaE on arrival.
Please note:
- All passengers travelling with their pet must supply proof of travel ie: an itinerary, E-ticket confirmation or a boarding pass to be eligible for the accompanied pet service.
- Pet lodgements on weekends are restricted to the following times: Saturday 05:00-15:00 and Sunday 07:00-15:00.
Unaccompanied Pets
Unaccompanied Pets is the service we provide when you are unable to travel with your pet. The pet is taken to AaE by the sender and collected at AaE by the nominated receiver at the destination.
